Data handling, security and your control

Account encryption

Your password is hashed on entry and never stored in plain text. Deposit methods are tokenized, meaning we never hold your full DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS details — only a secure reference.

Session and cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in across the lobby, live tables and sportsbook without re-entering credentials. Cookies expire after 30 minutes of inactivity; you can clear them anytime in your browser settings.

Data retention

Active accounts retain all transaction history, game logs and payment records. After you close your account, we archive your data for 24 months for regulatory compliance, then delete it unless local law requires longer retention.

Access requests

Request a full copy of your account data — emails, deposit records, betting history, personal details — via Settings or by emailing [email protected]. We compile and send it within 10 working days.

Payment verification

Before any withdrawal, we verify your account balance, check the withdrawal amount against available funds, and confirm the destination DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS account matches your registered payment method.

Dispute resolution

File a dispute in Settings or email [email protected] with transaction ID and reason. We review it within five working days, check payment processor records, and notify you of the outcome with full details.

Legal and policy frequently asked

Your personal details and transaction history are archived for 24 months for regulatory compliance, then deleted. During that 24-month period, if you need a copy, contact [email protected]. After deletion, we cannot recover it.

Most DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS withdrawals clear within 5–15 minutes after our verification check. Bank transfers may take one working day. If a withdrawal is delayed beyond these windows, contact live chat with your transaction ID.

Yes. Go to Settings > Data and Account > Request my data, or email [email protected] with your account username. We compile full transaction logs and send them within 10 working days in a readable format.

No. We store only a tokenized reference to your payment method. Your actual bank or e-wallet credentials are held by the payment processor and never pass through our system. Deposits and withdrawals are encrypted end-to-end.

Log in, go to Settings > Account Security, and click 'Lock account'. Then contact live chat or email [email protected] immediately with your username and details of the suspicious activity. We'll review your session logs and lock-in the funds pending investigation.

Open Settings > Payment Methods > Edit. Deregister the old DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS account and add a new one. The new method becomes active immediately for your next withdrawal. You must match it to the name on your account.
